Peak Performance Solutions customers are trainers, auditors, Information Security Officers and CJIS Systems Officers at State and Federal law enforcement agencies. Here are a few examples of how our customers use our solutions.
Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center
ACIC is using nexTEST to perform certification testing statewide. The nexTEST system is integrated into the ALACOP Portal. Users log into the portal and can access nexTEST as a resource if they have privileges. All user entries and modifications are done on the CPI OpenFox message switch, which provides seamless user management. Once a user successfully completes a test, our system automatically updates their certification expiration date in the CPI message switch.
Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE)
FDLE began using nexTEST in November 2000. Currently it is used to test approximately 60,000 users for FCIC certification. The nexTEST solution also lets users print their own certificate. Each night our nexTEST solution produces a file to update their central message switch. User information is input and updated by TAC’s in the field.

FDLE won a Davis Productivity Award for the implementation of nexTEST. nexTEST was estimated to provide over $300,000 in cost avoidance each year to both the State and the Local Agencies.

FDLE also uses our CJIS Online Security training solution to train and test vendors and IT personnel throughout the State. They have also purchased our CJIS Validations solution. We are currently working to implement the solution so that they can perform their FCIC validations.
Oklahoma Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (OLETS)
OLETS uses the CJIS Launch Pad to keep their users up to date with the latest training and audit information. The Launch Pad also includes the NCIC Operator Manual, NCIC Code Manual, and Technical Operation Updates(TOU) and we keep it up to date for them. nexTEST is used to perform certification testing statewide. The system allows the users to take tests and print their own certificates. Once a user successfully completes a test the information is automatically updated to their CPI message switch. They also allow people access from the internet.

OLETS also uses our CJIS Validations solution to perform their NCIC validations. The solution allows OLETS to distribute their validations electronically and users can use a browser and process their validations online. It includes a batch transaction feature and a XML base record export tool. OLETS has fully implemented the FBI's online validation process. This process automatically purges records that are not validated.
